which turtle am i?

well i think ive moved up from dead turtle being poked with a stick to move to dying turtle barely moving under it own power haha. but progress- barely. The main thing is that i felt fairly good- ran  at river rd trail- 43 min. tom 2 min runs w franklin along w am run.
