First Day of Spring- Now or Never Cobb + County Relays

So got started last night with an easy 3.5 mile run at the church out and back on belmont. 28 min. Felt pretty good. Then we had county relays today it went pretty well. Cold in the morning and warmer by the very end. 4x4 ran 336 solid ryan hit between 505 and 510 in 1600. Jari ran a 408-9 in the 1200 of DMR. Just needs to get stronger. Team was positive and competitive it was fun. My ab was sore near the end of the meet from standing for a long time I think but felt better after I sat down on the bus. Maybe dont demonstrate high jump stuff ugh im fragile lol. Gonna roll down to mcd prob in about 30 min to do an easy 4.
