keep hydrating

Did a wo today. 10x1 min with 2 min jog. There was a bit of extra rest i think 90 seconds after the 8th one as we were going to the bathroom. it was ok obv hard to tell- i did a couple of them on the track and did like a 270 in the minute or something like that. It was quite humid and fairly hot- i was drenched by the end lol. so 1 wu then say 4+ miles in the 30 min of running(call it 4)- i did the first mile in just about 7 min but some of the rest was obv slower. then just under 3 miles wd with merritt afterwards. so 8 total which is good. Well see how my knee is tom i didnt ice it because ash came to hurdle and then sarah was vaulting. so well see what that does it doesnt seem to be that big of a deal sometimes idk. I think ill prob do the 3 mile xc race on friday even though it will prob be slow heh.
