So obviously the last few days have been very sucky. mostly i cant wait until sunday but there will be good stuff on friday and saturday as well. i just dont really want to talk to anyone but i will have to obv which is whatever its not that bad i suppose. hopefully itll be at least another 9 years before something like this happens again.
as far as running goes last two days were fairly good. 4 miles w tt yest and 5 miles today i felt fairly good today until the last mile or so. did a breif 60m pickup on the track to see how my knee felt. it has been quite good this week although sore after a bit. a little sore now.
i just reread the first paragraph and it is completely contradictory and nonsense. kind of like the rulebook and also my brain lol.

rainy run
Ran w em at mcd- 1/2 mile wu then mile on track in like 635 she has a test on wednesday and wanted to run a sub 7 mile it felt loong haha. my knee was a bit sore during that. then down to 2 mile mark and back so a short 5 on the day. 10 for week with a - knee was ok tonight.
talked to ash and her parents for like 90 min about the disaster they are being quite cool about it(given how bad it is) and she seems ok- which is the main thing obv.
I wonder if i could start wos in june i mean tempos at 6 min pace or slower prob wtf am i talking about lol well see but start out slow.

Grr why does my knee feel so good?!?!
Lol thats what i thought as i was walking away from the run today. Obv this is a good thing haha but its just annoying because theres no rhyme or reason to it and now itll prob be sore for 3 days or more hmph. So anyway a good run with TT at mcd just under 5 miles for 5 it would have been about 37:15- felt good. In case you cant tell the running has still been subpar in May but at least to day was good. Counties is coming up on Saturday which is starting to become the total focus haha. More about that later in the week.
Just try to start being consistent with the runs i think im going to push thru a little bit cuz it doesnt seem to matter if i run or not. Also treat it and Sleep!!!

mayday
Its the day in russia when they all declare winter to be over etc and celebrate. Thank god i dont live in russia(or the yukon/alaska etc dont want to be antirussian). Anyway it was very nice and wamr today looks good for the rest of the week as well which is a good thing obv. This week in running has been pretty good. Had a super good run where i felt good etc and it was really pretty on the river rd trail on sunday- 20 min out and back about a min faster on way back as usual. Then yest i had bad sleep of course which is bad so i didnt run before the meet and obv not after. Today was good a short run at franklin w merritt and naomi and olivia at the beginning. i stepped on oscars foot while he was cutting in front of me which was annoying but luckily my foot just went straight back instead of twisting. so itll be fine i mean it was fine and tom it will obv be fine. then at the end i did 3 laps w oscar. 3 miles total btw so a whopping 8 in 3 days lol ugh. at least im 1 for 1 in may
we just had a sprinter meeting because people were being bad yesterday. hopefully it was productive many of them are done in like 10 days anyway.

Penn Tomorrow!
Did an ok run today. 1 mile on track w Kenny Fowler in like 710 which felt fast obv since i watched the mcd meet for 90 min before that. Then almost 4 miles w TT which felt fine. My hamstring was there a little but today it felt more like a normal minor strain than something inside my butt/weird high hamstring thing. My knee was quite asore after hmph we went to five guys to discuss TTs training and it took a while.
So off to Penn tom for 4x1 and 4x4 it should be fun- possible rain but not bad. Ash is doing some amusing complaining right now on fb but we should be good. well see what happens
Also i havent commented on like the whole track season since i havent globbed in a while- we had an excellent win at Pikesville which better not be the highlight of the season lol- i might talk about it more in a soon to be written future post. right now im tired and have to go to bed.

As requested here is a new post. However i find that there is a new style of the webpage which is annoying but i will prob soon like. actually i wont remember the old one. Running today was not great. my hamstring and stomach hurt so a did a slow 20 minutes. ugh. also i was writing in running for april on the old standard one page per month calendar and it took me two weeks to discover that i had started writing in the wrong week(april 15th when it was supposed to be april 8th). Subsequently i folded up and threw away the april calendar lol. I will try to start in may. The last 2 weeks have been not totally terrible(for these days) about 10 runs in 14 days.
