12x200 50-51 100 jog st ev 1:50

 Ran at mcd 1.25 wu. Then adding 2 200s ev 2 weeks so 12. I was trying for 54-52. First 100 of first one was 20-21 oops. So 48,51,49,49,51,53,50,50,20 sec extra break for water,47,53,52,50. This was obv too fast and too hard. It wasn't hard but it wasn't cruising- like the pace is not hard but my endurance/threshold is obv not there. Also not very accurate just out of practice. Still just keep making mild progress. In two weeks I will try hard to start in 54 and cut the rest down more- I should do this on the grass to go slower but I want to do it on track so I will lol. 10:30 barefoot cooldown around practice football field.

Knee a bit sore after. Everything else pretty good.


Its been a minute haha. Some developments over the last 7 years but I'm still here. Glue factory XC ftw. Goal to get better over the next year.
